2015年6月8日,中国科学院长春应用化学研究所的轻金属&电池材料组,运用纳米多孔金属有机骨架化合物(MOF)模板合成了一系列可用作锂电负极材料的过渡金属氧化物及其复合物。该类材料在0.01–3.0V电压范围,以100 mA/g电流密度充放电100次后,比容量稳定在813 mAh/g以上;当充放电流密度为1000 mA/g时,比容量仍高达514 mAh/g,显示出优良的电化学储能特性。 同时,在早前6月4日,中国科学院宁波工业技术研究所一科研团队通过对多孔硅进行碳包覆,提升硅碳复合负...
