甜菊糖苷将扩大使用范围
10月12日,国家食品安全风险评估中心发布公告,对甜菊糖苷、维生素K2、α-淀粉酶等9种食品添加剂征求意见。其中,甜菊糖苷作为食品添加剂已列入《食品安全国家标准食品添加剂使用标准》(GB 2760),允许用于蜜饯凉果、糖果、糕点等食品类别,本次申请扩大使用范围用于腌渍的蔬菜、发酵蔬菜制品、新型豆制品、可可制品、巧克力和巧克力制品,包括代可可脂巧克力及制品、饼干。
