Yieh Hsing hikes wire rod prices for August

It's reported that Yieh Hsing, one of the major wire rod producers in Taiwan announced to raise its list prices for wire rods by NT$300/ton averagely for August.

Yieh Hsing stated that it decided to raise wire rod prices for August due to increased steel prices in international market and higher raw material prices.

After adjustment, its list prices for Al-killed wire rods are at NT$21,700/ton; those for rimmed wire rods are at NT$21,100/ton and those of blast furnace (BF) killed wire rods are at NT$20,600/ton.
