Statistics of Brazil’s coking coal imports in 2012

According to statistics, Brazil imported 16.833 million tons of coking coals in 2012.

The country's import revenues generated by coking coals totaled US$3.01 billion. The average import prices were at US$179/ton CIF.

In 2012, the US was the largest coking coal exporter to Brazil with 7.106 million tons; Australia was the second largest one with 2.936 million tons; Colombia was the third largest one with 2.517 million tons.
