According to the latest news released by the government of Luoping County in Yunnan province, Hegang Mining Group has signed an agreement with the local government about the new scheduled coking project, including an overall investment of 800 million yuan and an annual coke capacity of 1.2 million t after completion. Besides, it will also accelerate the development of deep processing programs, such as to produce liquefied gas through making full use of the coal tar and exhaust etc.
