                      On June 28, CNPC and Chinese Resources (Holding) Co., Ltd. (CRC) signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing. The two parties will carry out extensive cooperation in the fields of Urban Gas, refined products marketing, natural gas power generation, engineer construction and overseas investment.
  
  CNPC Vice President also President of PetroChina Zhou Jiping and CRC Vice President Wang Shuaiting signed the agreement on behalf of the two companies.
