On April 21, Dalian LNG CO., Ltd. unveiled in Dalian of northeastern China's Liaoning Province. With the registered capital of 2.6 billion RMB yuan, the Dalian LNG company is jointly invested by PetroChina (75%), Dalian Port Co., Ltd. (20%) and Dalian Construction Investment Corporation (5%).

As CNPC's first joint venture in LNG business, this company is responsible for the construction and operation of Dalian LNG Project.
