The director Igor Artemyev of Russia's Federal Anti-Monopoly Service announced that the price of fertilizer will be frozen for two years in Russia.
Mr. Igor Artemyev said the price of PF which is used by the farmers will not be increased by following the global price in two years and will be fixed. It is confirmed by each enterprise as the price of PF is fixed on the current level.
