Pork, egg prices drop slightly

 

 

According to MOA's Agri-product Wholesale Market Information Network, the Nationwide Agri-product Wholesale Price Index for the 42ndweek of 2014 (October 13-19) is 201.76 (year 2000=100), down by 1.51 points over a week ago. The Nationwide Non-staple Food Wholesale Price Index is 202.93, down by 1.67 points over a week ago. The trade volume of 60 items in 50 wholesale markets under intensive monitoring is 596,200 tons, up by 3.63% compared to the previous week.

2.    The decline rate was 1.2 percentage points lower than that of the previous week.

3.    The total trade volume in 50 major wholesale markets under intensive monitoring of MOA.

4.    19 of the 28 vegetable items witnessed price drop, 2 items maintained the same while 7 items saw price increase.
