VIV to hold International China Summit in Beijing
From September 20-22, 2014, VIV will organise the VIV International China Summit in cooperation with VIV exhibitors and partners.
The event will happen in Kuntai Hotel Beijing, China.
The VIV summit is a top-level meeting, consisting of a series of programmes and concluding with a plenary closing conference on September 22, Monday. An attendance of some 300 professionals is anticipated throughout the programme.
The summit will featureall-species walk-in sessions,as well as parallel seminar sessions which present technical best practices throughout the whole chain of animal husbandry and production.
Additionally, Aquatic China 2014, a two-day conference, will be held on September 21- 22, and focuses on creating an opportunity pathway for those in China''s aquaculture industry to connect with some of the world''s experts on aquaculture research, science, nutrition, feed formulation, economic production, food safety, quality assurance and certification.
Other key events also include the China Pork Outlook 2015 (September 22, Monday, conducted by Boyar) a series of in-depth presentations focusing on China''s pork industry; and the 3rdInternational Poultry Forum China 2014 (September 20-21, by Watt Global Media) which will bring attention to continual challenges within the Chinese poultry industry, including the H7N9 avian influenza, decreasing consumer confidence and increasing environmental regulatory pressure.
Lastly, theRabobank-supported plenary closing conference will conclude the summit, focusing on ''Business opportunities in the Chinese animal protein industry'', on September 22, Monday, 16:30hrs.
