Feedlogic signs development agreement with Ag Ventures Alliance

Feedlogic Corporation, a leading supplier of intelligent feeding solutions for livestock production, has entered into a development agreement with Ag Ventures Alliance, a Mason City, Iowa based value-added agriculture business development organisation.
Under the terms of the development agreement, Ag Ventures Alliance has made a seed investment in Willmar, Minnesota-based Feedlogic and is providing advisory, consulting and other business development services to Feedlogic.
"Our agreement with Ag Ventures Alliance is a perfect fit for us," said Drew Ryder, Feedlogic president. "We are selling and creating products which create significant added value to livestock production. This type of business is on the leading edge of agriculture and technology. Many AgVA members are involved in livestock production or provide the grain that feeds our nation's livestock."
