Thailand-based Agentis Innovations is a newly established specialist set to provide and develop technologies that automate manufacturing processes and integrate data collection for animal feed, aqua feed, premix, and food plant industries.
As the exclusive international partner (outside of Thailand) for the automation technology for TAT Energy and Engineering, Agentis Innovations is able to rapidly respond to the needs of Asia Pacific customers and provide on-time services, said founder and president Christodoulou Agentis.
"Together with TAT, we work closely with clients to identify and realise their operational needs prior to, during and after the projects are completed, including configuration, training and ongoing real-time service," he said, adding that the company offers a 24/7 service hotline, remote training support, and an annual maintenance package.
"Manual control by its very nature is prone to human error, resulting in errors that can compromise both feed safety and feed quality", said Yiannis. "Combined with rising raw material, labour and energy costs and the increased requirements for full traceability of raw materials and finished feeds, automation is required to remain competitive and profitable.
"Additionally, while reducing manufacturing costs, automation can also provide other benefits such as optimising operational efficiencies."
Among TAT engineering software range includes "Mill Plus and Smart Feed Mill", a fully integrated solution for automation of the mill process control and data analysis system including raw material receiving, grinding, batching and blending, micro dosing, conditioning/pelleting, cooling, fat coating and finished product loading and packing, Yiannis said.
The information allows for full traceability and can be automatically incorporated into Management Information Systems. The software can also be accessed remotely to monitor and trouble-shoot in real time, saving time and money, he explained.
