Belgium's Depre to buy DKSH Nederland
Belgian family-owned firm Group Depre will acquire the Dutch animal feed company DKSH Nederland for an undisclosed sum, according to DKSH.
Following the transaction, DKSH Nederland will change its name to Holland Diervoeders.
According to the Dutch company, the move is in line with the strategy of the Swiss parent DKSH group to focus on its core activities and relocate its operational area to the Far East.
Group Depre specialises in the production and distribution of animal feed for pets and generates annual sales of EUR170 million (US$230.3 million) with about 200 employees.
DKSH Nederland employs 110 and has EUR100 million (US$135.16 million) in revenues per year.
