Cargill releases upgraded feed software programme
Cargill is launching an upgraded, enhanced version of the MAX system, a proprietary software program used by Cargill dairy consultants to help better balance dairy cow diets and create customised products for dairy operators.
The system integrates core processes, information technologies and nutrient information to enable dairy operators to better measure and manage the dairy nutrient content of ingredients used in their operations.
The improved software will include updated nutrient and animal profiles for dairy cattle nutrition, enhanced tools to evaluate and report the nutrient-based value of ingredients, and a new functionality to run "what if" scenarios, among other features designed to help customers make better decisions about feed formulations.
Cargill is an international producer and marketer of food, agricultural, financial and industrial products and services.
