CPM acquires UK-based Greenbank Technology of Blackburn
Feed equipment company CPM is acquiring UK-based Greenbank Technology of Blackburn.
CPMoffers equipment and after-market sales and support for particle size reduction, preparation and agglomeration in feed milling, oilseed processing, ethanol, biomass, pet food, cereal, snacks, and compounding industries. The company also serves the corn wet milling, extrusion, microbrewery, and wood industries.
Greenbank offers high-value thermal process systems including dryers, ovens, washers, air pollution control, and heat recovery systems.
