China calcium phosphate market remains sluggish
Prices stayed soft during the period in review.
Calcium phosphate market remained weak before the May Day holidays as feed millers withheld purchases. Since early this year, calcium phosphate prices have dipped 20% on average.
In Yunnan, prices of calcium phosphate were around RMB1,450/tonne.
Feed millers will remain cautious as demand for animal feed falls below expectation.
