Lysine prices stayed flat during the week ending October 12.
   
   

Trade was limited during the period in review as most feed millers halted operation during late September and the first week of October.

   

   
Price quotes of 70-percent lysine remained in the range of RMB4.80-5/kg respectively.
   
   

Sales of lysine will be slow in the coming weeks with hog feed consumption low and the soymeal market staying soft.
