Delphi Method

Delphi method is also called expert opinion or expert inquiry. It seeks to aggregate opinions from a diverse set of experts, and can be conducted under systematic procedures to collect all questionnaires sent to a panel of anonymous experts, who fill the questionnaire and to find out the common opinions. The Delphi method seeks to reach the "correct" response through consensus.

By using Delphi method, CCM provides a final forecast opinion which accords with market future development trend.
